Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Providing exceptional customer service via telephone, email, and face-to-face interactions.
  • Processing customer orders and managing sales administration with efficiency.
  • Advising customers on technical queries about the product range, ensuring they receive the right solutions.
  • Keeping customers informed on order statuses and progress updates for technical queries.
  • Reporting on stock levels and replenishing spare parts as needed.
  • Managing spare parts inventory, overseeing goods-in processes, and maintaining reception duties.
  • Picking and dispatching parts for client orders with accuracy and speed.

Key Responsibilities

  • Being the first point of contact for customers via telephone, email, and face-to-face interactions.

Workshop Technician

An opportunity has arisen to join our workshop team. Primarily, assembling agricultural machinery ready for despatch. Full training will be given, ensuring first-class customer service.
Monday-Friday 8:30am-5pm. Occasional Saturday mornings by mutual agreement

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assembly of compact tractor attachments
  • PDI of machines, packing, palletising and labelling ready for despatch
  • Assisting with general workshop & warehouse activities

The ideal candidate will be:

  • A mechanically minded person with technical experience
  • Experienced in operating or assembling agricultural equipment
  • Interested in working with tractors and farm equipment
