Returns & Refunds

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days from date of purchase. Returned items must be unused and in like new condition as received. It must also be in the original packaging in the box or strapped onto the pallet.

Please let us know within 24hours of delivery or collection if an item is faulty or damaged in transit, visit our warranty information for claims.

To complete your return, we require a complete returns form. Please send your returned item back to our warehouse with a copy of the order if possible:

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will confirm and send a credit note. If you would like a refund this will be processed, and applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a week. If you have any queries about returns or refunds please contact us.

Exchanges

If the machine you’ve ordered isn’t quite right for your tractor/machine or you think you may need a smaller or larger size, please complete a returns form. The item must be in an unused condition to exchange for another item. We reserve the right to implement a small charge handling charge for all returns and items not returned in a like new condition.

If you need to exchange it for the same item due to defect or damage in transit please complete a warranty claim. 

Shipping returns

To return your product, you should complete our returns form. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item and initial shipping costs are non-refundable. We are always happy to arrange collection for all parts and bulky items through our regular couriers. The cost of return shipping is often similar to the original delivery cost and will then be deducted from your refund or credit.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. If you are returning high value items such as machinery, we advise using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
